Choose reusable cups and say no to plastic straws - it’s really that simple. You also don’t need 10 different body lotions (been there, done that!), or 5 similar poor quality t-shirts. Make wise shopping choices. Happy Sunday! 💕
  • What do you do on a beautiful sunny day like this? You make brownie energy bites of course! 😜 They are so good that I don’t think I can stop at just one 🙈 Recipe by the very lovely and talented Anna Jones @we_are_food 💕
  • Now that the spring has finally sprung and the weather is so gorgeous, my skin is slowly getting back to looking and feeling good. Just because it’s warm doesn’t mean I will stop reaching to body oils and butters - I just love them too much to stop using them. Not to mention how soft they make my skin feel 😍 Recently these two beautiful oils have been the ones I’ve been reaching to the most. Both very different, yet equally amazing. @holisticgreenbeauty one is a pure luxury oil blend with a very subtle scent and some fab ingredients like Camellia, Hazelnut, Baobab and Pomegranate Seed Oils. 
@nomnomskincare one is a pretty light and fast-absorbing oil blend with a delicate and relaxing scent 😴 I love how light it feels on the skin, making it perfect for warmer months. As the essential oil content is pretty minimal it can be safely used during pregnancy unlike many other heavily scented body oils out there. Happy and sunny Friday everyone! ☀️

  • For the first time in what feels like forever I don’t actually feel cold and it feels so good 🙌🏻😍 It’s really you spring! A bit late I have to say, but hey 🤷🏻‍♀️
  • So the only detox I ever go to is the digital one 😜 So happy Easter and go on, indulge in all the chocolate without feeling guilty about it or that you need to burn it off afterwards. Ffs, just smile and enjoy it. You can go back to your green smoothies on Tuesday 😉
  • Happy Friday! 💕 I’m just going to be basic today with this out of this world @pranachai latte with the best frothy milk on top courtesy of @oatly Barista Edition, because it’s the only thing that can motivate and wake me up today 😴 Will it also ever get warmer or are we just going to live in this Narnia winter world forever?! 😒
  • Today, all I’m dreaming about is to be transported back to this beach. I just can’t do the whole winter thing anymore. My body and mind is exhausted from the lack of sun and warmth. ☀️

In the crazy world of clean eating it’s nice to see such a book that is a perfect antidote to all the nonsense going around the internet and especially social media channels, regarding what you should and shouldn’t be eating. It’s all about balance. So stop beating yourself up about eating a cookie that was not gluten-free (shock horror) and with a regular white sugar instead of ridiculously expensive coconut sugar. Don’t get me wrong, I do like coconut sugar, but I use it only when I want to add that toffee flavour in my baking. I wouldn’t use it instead of brown sugar or white sugar. Sugar is sugar, so don’t get fooled by anyone telling you that coconut sugar is good for you and you can eat it in unlimited amounts. Same goes with gluten free (which is load of bs anyway unless you’re coeliac) and my favourite term of all time “clean eating.” Because you know, if you don’t follow the clean eating diet then your diet is dirty and what are you even doing with your life?! That’s how eating disorders are born, including orthorexia, which is an obsession with eating only foods that are considered “healthy.” Can we just bring the pleasure of eating whatever the hell you want back, please? Life is really too short for obsessing over anything. Food is not only about nurturing your body, but also your soul. Especially when you need it. Your favourite food brings the biggest comfort and while it won’t solve your problems it will make your day so much better. It is a form of self-care. Now go get yourself a cookie.
